It's you. You probably have an older system. They tend to lag when it comes to softsubs. If it's not the player causing the issue (you should use Media Player Classic), ending all your nonessential background tasks is about all you can do, short of upgrading your system. |

If you use MKVExtract, it wil just separate the audio and the .h264 file. You still have to figure out how to demux that one. I haven't figured how to yet. |
