Contrary to the threads on 4chan, this series sucks. It really does suck. By episode 5 when the Lolicon Scientist appears it's already too late. They should've had Caro's transformation sequence longer too...
Anyway, in case you haven't watched any after episode 1, here's a quick recap:

Wow... exciting isn't it? Watching a bunch of girls do magic training sure is interesting! Add to that shitty plot devices and horrible animation. Not memorable as Musashi but still quite bad.

I must say I'm somewhat disappointed by this as I enjoyed just about all of Triad's subs. While I respect that you are doing this for free for the anime community I wish you would reconsider dropping it just because the first few episodes were kinda weak. There are lots of series that start slow but then pick up near the middle. Anyways just my 2 cents. Peace! |

Well, Triad.. if you think this series really so sucks to you.. just post your comment in a better way.. do you have any reason to be so harsh on them? I have been rather loyal to your group. I'm up to Ep.5 on RAWs, but in subs, only Ep.1. Since then, been waiting for Triad's releases over Yesy's and Nanoha-DGz. In terms of quality, consistency, and speed, your fansub group has been the best out of the three. I've been telling myself alot: "Hopefully Triad releases soon." I've had to read through forums on AnimeSuki to figure out what went on during the Episodes that I watched in RAW for parts I didn't understand. Then, today, I learn unfortunate news that Triad dropped the series. I've enjoyed all of your releases for Nanoha Season 1 and 2, and I'm sorry you had to drop it. I wish you all that you would really reconsider. I'm such a big fan of this series, and the time and effort you put into subbing them. As much as it pains me, I guess I have to download from another subbed group. I was really hoping and looking forward to Triad to finish this series, and finish watching it with you all. Again, I hope you guys reconsider, even just for fans of this series. Thank you, Triad. |

Once again, we "just started" Nanoha about 3 and a half years ago. Our main motivation for doing it at that point was that it was a spinoff of Triangle Heart, which we had done previously. Had we known it would be more than the original 13 episodes, we would most likely NOT have done it in the first place. We just figured enough was enough. Unlike sticking with school, finishing this show won't help us <i>at all</i> in real life. It will just waste time we could spend doing something we might actually enjoy. |
