On the topic of an unrelated series, a new group released the first ep of Haruhi Suzumiya where originally only a.f.k. had been working on it. I don't really care that another group started working on it -- what I care about are the goddamn leechers.
The most common discussion I've seen on this new group: Awesome, I hope they catch up to the current episode so they can release faster than a.f.k.
Hey bitches, a.f.k. releases what, <b>three days</b> after it airs in Japan? HOW IS THAT NOT FAST ENOUGH FOR YOU? Fuck you all, I no longer feel bad taking our time releasing our own shit, because apparently you'll complain about anything that isn't a 0-second release, and then you would find something else to complain about.
Alright, so you guys have been bitching about the speed of which we sub Akagi and Higurashi. Here's a few words of wisdom for you: Life is more important than fansubbing; School is more important than fansubbing. I'm sorry if we disappointed you by ruining the image of geeky high school dorks, but we have something called POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION we must finish. If you're in college/university too, good for you! (unless you're in faculty of arts, then fuck you)
It also seems you guys aren't very familiar with the process. We have to scrub the Akagi raws, since they look like shit to begin with, then do typesetting for the onscreen text, then go through qc a dozen times or so to polish the dialogue. Add on to that finals and midterms. Even an Athlon x2 4400+ won't save us.
We might not be the best at Akagi in speed, but if you can translate two episodes <b>key word->coherently<-key word</b> in a row without getting a massive headache Labaamen will bow down to you.

Since we dropped one of the OVAs we were planning to do, we might as well make up for it by picking up another anime series. What is it you won't know until we release it. But as usual you can guess what we're subbing either on our board or the comments section on the bottom of this post.
Now that I did all the maintenance on the site, it's time to look to the forums. As you frequent visitors know, the forum IS DEAD. No activity goes on in there whatsoever at the moment. I want to get at least a post a day in there. So email me any suggestions you may have, or use the now working comments section.

If you're wondering why we haven't released anything, this is why...
Drago's finals are over and Nanoha A's and Zettai Shonen are back in the works. Not so much Zettai Shonen on Drago's part anymore since he finished translating the series. Kick Assmo around some to make it go faster. As for Nanoha A's, well, episodes are translated, and the Germans are slaving away to get the episodes out, so yeah. Expect some stuff soon.
Okay, it seems that the server move is done. Now the site will probably load a bit faster, or it'll probably crash easier. I'm inclined to thinking the latter.
Since I'm making this post, might as well give you guys an update.
Zettai Shonen 23 is almost done.
Nanoha 5 should be released sometime today or tomorrow.
Ryu Knight 29 is almost done as well.
All future episodes are put on hold as Dragoswhore completes his finals. So no Nanoha 6, ZS 24, or Ryu 30+ until he's done. (Which means never)
