Sawamura Seiji is a chivalrous, but bad high school student. Despite being popular amongst the younger students, he doesn't have a girlfriend, largely because of his bad reputation.

One day, he gets a girl who's completely inseparable... because she's become his right hand! (confused yet?) The girl's name is Kasugano Midori, a very shy girl who's been secretly in love with Seiji for a very long time. Now she has the opportunity to be Seiji's right-hand lover... (uhhh... ^_^") and since they're inseparable, they now live together... but due to the circumstances, it's all a secret, of course...

Suzuki Mika is a 27 year old teacher in charge of class 2A at Okitsu High School. The only problem is, she has the body of a 10 year old, and being only 4'10" tall, she's even shorter than her students! Throw in hard-working and hyperactive Kobayashi, slow but sports-minded Suetake, "oyaji" (dad) Nakamura (who looks as old as one), the narcissistic and vain Seki, the calm fangirl Iincho, the nosebleeding and boy-loving Kudo, cooking and splatter maniac Tominaga, clear-headed Kitagawa, and manga otaku Watabe and you have the right ingredients for a class full of laughs! Now, if Mika-sensei (as her students call her) could only reach the upper half of the chalkboard...

Itoh Nobue is a young woman who lives with her younger, 11-year-old sister Chika. However, when you mix in Chika's friends like Miu the troublemaker, Matsuri the studious, and Ana the American, things are always interesting.

The series follows their everyday lives, which can be summed up as "LITTLE GIRLS DOING CUTE THINGS" and is as sugary as strawberry marshmallows can get...
